Our

Concept

born in the heart of Copenhagen more than 5 years ago, we started something to be opposite mainstream fitness. No heavy weights. No dimmed lights. No mirrors. No photoshopped proteinshake  commercials.
Just pure small group training with focus on making you faster, stronger, better and perhaps also happier!

We believe in the circle of be good, do good, feel good.

We are city people but we love the outdoor which is why we work out all year round.
Rain, wind, snow or heat wave... there simply is no excuses.

Today most people stay inside (and sit down) majority of the day. We tend to do the opposite!
By moving the physical activity outdoor we get fresh air, light, sun and dirt under our nails.
Just like when we we're kids.

The list of health benefits from exercising, fresh air and being in good company is very long.
So why not combine them?

We keep it simple and work out with little to no equipment – and yes, your are still able to get the results you want. You dont need a fitnessmachine for that; YOU are the machine.

Our concept simple, challenging, highly effective and fun.
All you'll need to get in shape is yourself and a mat (water might also be a good idea to bring).

We are a community that welcomes all. From beginners to advanced - as long as you are willing to push yourself and have the desire to become better week by week, month by month.
